Born in Milan and trained in Italy’s finest kitchens, Chef Luca Ciano has brought his passion for authentic Italian cuisine to restaurants around the world. Known for his cookbooks, TV appearances, and signature modern twist on tradition, Luca creates dishes that celebrate simplicity, seasonality, and flavour.
