The Hut menu is inspired by the Mediterranean way of life and the pleasures of eating together, celebrating delicious flavours through dishes designed to share.
Every Thursday morning, Bruno and his team create the menu for each weekend, based on crop and availability. We work with local farmers and fishermen. Make sure to ask your waiter for daily specials.
For groups of 8 and above we offer our Banquet Menus $89, $125 or $169 per person. This sharing style menus are seasonal Chef’s selection of our food menu options (drinks not included).
